The Manors Building 12 is a 10-story recently renovated highrise situated at the rear of the property, backing up to the Inverrary East Golf Course. Our building has 147 spacious units, with 1/1, 1/1.5, and 2/2 floor plans. Each unit features a balcony, central air conditioning, and an in-unit laundry hookup. Maintenance fees are paid quarterly and include water, hot water, and pest control. On-site staff included a building manager and maintenance and cleaning personnel.
